Meet Chicken Salad Chick of Tampa - East Fowler owners Brad and Tammy Cochran and Pete and Julie North. Tammy, an IT manager at Media General, and Brad, who worked with Dow Chemical, never managed they would end up in the restaurant business. Everything changed in 2015.

Tammy first heard about Chicken Salad Chick when Founder Stacy Brown came to her sister-in-law Jazzy Julie’s baby shower in 2007. At the time, Stacy was selling her products out of her home. She had a logo on her car and brought samples with her. Later, Pete and Julie North opened the Valdosta location, and after Tammy visited, she immediately fell in love and approached Stacy’s husband and CSC founder, Kevin Brown, about franchising opportunities. When the Tampa market opened, we partnered with Pete and Julie to bring Chicken Salad Chick to the area.
