Meet Tim and Kelly Paslawski, proud owners of Chicken Salad Chick of Statesboro. While living in Roswell, GA, Tim discovered Chicken Salad Chick while traveling for his sales job. Tired of the usual fried options, Tim instantly fell in love with Chicken Salad Chick and started bringing home different flavors to share. When he brought the Classic Carol and Pimento Cheese to his mother-in-law, she claimed it was the best she’d ever had.
Tim and Kelly knew at that point they had to be part of the Chicken Salad Chick family. They decided to relocate back to Savannah, where they had friends and family close by, to open their very own Chicken Salad Chick, and never looked back! In addition, Tim and Kelly also own several other Chicken Salad Chick locations.
Kelly is a graduate of UGA, coincidentally with a minor in Poultry Science, while Tim is a former active duty Marine and a massive Georgia Bulldog fan. They love when customers thank them simply for being open. Kelly’s favorite Chick is Sassy Scotty while Tim’s is Jazzy Julie.
