Meet Tim and Kelly Paslawski, proud owners of Chicken Salad Chick of Savannah as well as two other Chicken Salad Chick locations in Pooler, GA & Statesboro, GA. Tim discovered Chicken Salad Chick while traveling for his sales job. At the time, Tim and his family were living in Roswell, GA. He instantly fell in love with the chicken salad and started bringing it home with him. His mother-in-law was in agreement that this was the best chicken salad she had ever eaten. Her absolute favorites were the Classic Carol and Pimento Cheese.
It took little convincing for Tim and Kelly to decide that they had to be a part of this delicious adventure. Originally from Savannah, they decided to relocate back and open their very own Chicken Salad Chick, and haven’t looked back since!
Kelly is a graduate of UGA, coincidentally with a minor in Poultry Science, while Tim is a former active duty Marine and a massive Georgia Bulldog fan. They love talking with guests and being told that their restaurant is a favorite of so many people. As for their favorite Chicks? Kelly’s is the Sassy Scotty while Tim’s is Jazzy Julie.
