Meet the Owners: Michelle Singleton & Julie Beville
Michelle was a fan of Chicken Salad Chick for quite some time before learning about our franchise opportunities. She reached out to her friend, Julie, and asked her to consider the concept. While both friends started careers in marketing and sales before becoming stay-at-home parents, Julie lacked restaurant experience and was a little reluctant to take on the role. However, after trying our delicious chicken, she was inspired to rejoin the business world. She and Michelle set up a meeting with Kevin and Stacy Brown, our founders.
During their meeting, Julie and Michelle found that their values lined up with those of the Browns. They loved the concept of sharing our fresh, healthy food while giving people great career opportunities. The two friends currently own eleven stores and love being a part of the Chick family.
