Meet the Owner
Misty Hudson Whitehead
Misty was a medical device representative who was trying to get back home to Mobile, Alabama. Once learning about Chicken Salad Chick from their friends and franchise owners, Tiffany and Brady, Misty was eager to open a store of her own. It was the lifestyle change that she was looking for. Misty signed up for the Mobile, Alabama market and her dream became a reality when her first location opened in December 2013.
Bringing Families Together
At Chicken Salad Chick of Mobile - Hillcrest, it’s our goal to spread joy and enrich lives by bringing people together to enjoy quality food. One Christmas, a very kind gentleman came up to our team and talked to us about his children who would be visiting for the holidays. He wanted to do something different for Christmas dinner that year – something that all of his children would enjoy.
The next week, he came back to tell us how much his children loved the food and that he felt as though it brought his family closer together. We’re delighted to serve this gentleman every week and help all of our guests create memorable moments with their friends and family.
