Meet the Owners
Michelle Singleton & Julie Beville
Michelle, was a longtime fan of Chicken Salad Chick before hearing about opportunities to franchise with us. She gave her friend, Julie, a call and asked her to consider looking at the concept. While both friends had started careers in sales and marketing before becoming stay-at-home parents, Julie had no restaurant experience and was a little hesitant at first. However, after trying the delicious chicken, she was eager to get back into the business world with Michelle. They set up a meeting with our founders, Kevin and Stacy Brown.
During their meeting, both Michelle and Julie realized their values lined up with those of the Browns. They loved the idea of creating great career opportunities for people and sharing the Chick’s delicious, healthy food with other communities. The two friends love being a part of the Chick family and currently own eleven locations.
Fun facts about Michelle and Julie:
- Michelle loves to run. In fact, she completed the San Diego Marathon in 2002
- Julie loves to cook, so every once in a while she can’t help but head back to the kitchen to help us prepare our delicious meals
