Julie Beville & Michelle Singleton

Michelle had been dining at Chicken Salad Chick for some time before learning that franchise opportunities were within her reach. She contacted her friend, Julie, to ask if she wanted to go into business with her. Having no restaurant experience, Julie was a little reluctant at first, but was eager to meet Kevin and Stacy Brown after trying the delicious chicken salad. Both friends had started careers in sales and marketing before becoming stay-at-home moms and were excited to rejoin the business world.
