Mark Verges

VP of Franchise Development

Mark Verges has over 20 years of experience in the franchising industry, Verges is an accomplished franchise executive. He most recently led Location Development for Ballard Brands, New Orleans, which has concepts including PJ’s Coffee and WoW American Eats. Verges has launched and headed franchising for other brands, such as Community Coffee and their CC’s Coffee House chain and Planet Beach Contempo Spas. Mark has also been a multi-unit owner in the franchise space. Mark enjoys fishing and golf with friends and family. He was raised in New Orleans and loves the rich food culture. Larissa Palatiere

Director of Franchise Development

Larissa brings over 10 years of business development experience to Chicken Salad Chick. She previously held the role of Director of Franchise Development for Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Dallas, TX. While there she not only helped with the domestic growth of the brand but also completed the company’s first international development deal. She enhanced business development standards from the qualification process, moving through negotiations and awarding markets. She is passionate about bringing the right owner/operators on board and continuing to grow with Chicken Salad Chick. Larissa’s prior experience includes business development, sales and marketing.

Larissa is the Director of Development for Chicken Salad Chick’s Eastern territory, covering the following states: AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, WV, TN, KY, OH, IN, IL.
