Nut Cross Contamination

Hope everyone is staying safe in this crazy winter weather!!



Today in training we came across a problem of confusing which bowl we had been using for mixing the nut flavors. Things can get crazy or mixed around on a busy day. I suggested that Cook 2 should put a day dot on their bowl so the other cooks know that is the "nut mixing bowl" and will avoid using it. What are y'all's thoughts on this? Does anyone have any other suggestions of avoiding this issue?
