Misty Hudson Whitehead
Misty, a medical device representative, was looking for a way to get back home to Mobile, Alabama. After learning about Chicken Salad Chick from her friends and franchise owners, Brady and Tiffany, Misty reached out to our founders in hopes to open a location of her own. Misty knew this was the lifestyle change she wanted. The meeting with Kevin and Stacy Brown went well and Misty opened her first store in December 2013.

One winter, a gracious gentleman came in and told our team about his children who were going to be visiting for the holidays. He said he wanted to try something different for Christmas dinner – something his whole family could enjoy.
The next week, he returned to tell us how much his children loved our chicken salad. He felt as though it brought his family closer together. We’re delighted to serve this kind gentleman every week and help other guests enjoy memorable moments with their loved ones.
