Meet the Owners
Richard Meadows & Becky Roland
Becky and her husband, Richard, fell in love with Chicken Salad Chick as soon as their daughter introduced them to our delicious chicken. In fact, they loved it so much that they decided to set up a meeting with our founders, Kevin and Stacy Brown. Becky was eager to start a new career after retiring from her pharmaceutical job in 2010 and was hoping to become part of the Chick family.
During their meeting, the Browns informed Becky and Richard about their new franchise program. The couple signed a franchise agreement in January 2012 and became Chicken Salad Chick’s first franchise owners. Their son, David, joined the family business once he became the director of operations for The Wishbone Group, Inc., an operating company that owns several stores.
Becky and Richard love hearing that their stores feel like home to their guests. The couple works hard to ensure everyone who visits their locations receives warms hospitality and delicious, fresh food.
