The founders of Chicken Salad Chick, Kevin and Stacy Brown, feel the most important character trait necessary to be able to run a successful “Chick” is to have a servant’s heart. Each franchise owner has been carefully selected and proven to be passionate about serving people. “Our Story” was written by Stacy when the very first Chicken Salad Chick opened and we thought it would be fun to share the stories of how our owners became involved.

                                          Tim and Kelly Paslawski

We lived in Roswell, GA with our three children when Tim discovered Chicken Salad Chick while traveling through Georgia with his job in sales.

Tired of the usual fried options, Tim instantly fell in love with Chicken Salad Chick and started bringing home different flavors to share. When he brought the Classic Carol and Pimento cheese to his Mother in Law, she told him "It was the best I have ever eaten!” Tim and I knew at that point that we had to be part of the Chicken Salad Chick Family. With our love of Savannah and friends and family close by, we decided to relocate back to Savannah to open our very own Chicken Salad Chick, and never looked back!

What is a fun fact about yourself that your guests may not know?

Kelly grew up in Athens and graduated from UGA ...coincidentally with a minor in Poultry Science!

Tim is a former active duty Marine and a huge Georgia Bulldog fan

Tell us about your favorite customer testimonial.

We absolutely love speaking to as many guests as we can and hearing how much they love "their new favorite spot".  We've been hugged on numerous occasions and told "Thank you" just for opening up.  But this one really means a lot: "You stayed open so we could eat. First meal we had as a family all week! Thanks".

Kelly's favorite Chick is Sassy Scotty and Tim's favorite is Jazzy Julie.
