for the following positions:
Corporate Trainer
CSC Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering all programs, activities, and tasks related to the training of CSC Owners,
Managers, and Staff in all locations. The Corporate Trainer is expected to learn and understand all policies, procedures, standards,
specifications, guidelines, and training programs required, as well as gain a full comprehension of all aspects of day to day operations
in the CSC franchise and company owned locations. Upon completion of training, the Corporate Trainer is expected to deliver a world-class
2 week training session that is focused on the essential standards and procedures to owning and operating a Chicken Salad Chick.
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to patiently teach our concept and philosophies, and most
importantly, is prepared to work hard and have fun along the way. We provide a competitive salary and future career growth and
development. 75% travel is required.
Successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Current Serve Safe Food Certificate Preferred
- 2-3 years Restaurant Management Experience
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, and converse
comfortably with customers

Marketing Assistant
Marketing Assistant will assist in all aspects of the Marketing Department operations, including support, development and
distribution of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, possess
strong proper grammar usage and proofreading abilities, and should embrace and flourish in a fast-pace environment by
working well under pressure, managing time and being organized. Responsibilities could include:
- Write and distribute press releases for all corporate and franchise related news
- Build and maintain media distribution lists for all current and future restaurant locations
- Manage franchise wide social media campaigns for Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Yelp & more
- Conduct inventory management of all branded materials for all Chicken Salad Chick restaurants
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Chicken Salad Chick website
Successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or Related Field (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
- Experience in following computer programs: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator,
Acrobat and InDesign
