Stacy Brown founded Chicken Salad Chick in her very own kitchen, earning her the title of The Original Chick. After the stay-at-home mother of three set out on a quest to find the perfect chicken salad recipe and realized that everyone has a different idea of what that is, she and her computer software salesman husband, Kevin, turned this concept into the first and only fast-casual chicken salad restaurant franchise in the country. To honor and thank the ladies in her life who helped her along the way, Stacy named her distinctive chicken salad flavors after them.
