Initial Inquiry
Let’s connect. After you submit our inquiry form, a member of our franchise development team wiIl get in touch with you to schedule an introductory call. We’ll discuss what makes our franchise opportunity unique and if we have availability in your desired market. After we determine we’re a good fit for each other, you’ll be asked to fill out an application.
Application Process
To be considered as a chicken Salad Chick franchisee, you. must complete both the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and our franchise application. Once both have been submitted via email, we’ll schedule a formal kickoff meeting to start the franchise discovery process.
Living Out the Chick Purpose
During this in-depth discussion, known as Phase One, you’ll get a formal introduction to our brand and business model. After this call, you’ll receive a copy of our franchise disclosure document (FDD) to review.
Getting Down to Business
Phase Two is when we get into the development process. During this call, we’ll cover everything from signing your franchise agreement to preparing for your restaurant’s launch. Our dedicated team is committed to your success and will guide you through every stage of the process.
Financial Approval
As part of the franchise process, you must submit bank statements for approval. From there, we’ll connect you with trusted third-party lenders who are familiar with our business model.
Franchise Validation
Get a firsthand look at what it’s like to own a Chicken Salad Chick! During the validation step, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with our current franchise owners and hear about their experiences.
Hospitality Day
The final step before receiving an official approval, you’ll be invited to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. You’ll get to meet the team, experience our culture, and enjoy a catered Chicken Salad Chick lunch in our office.

MULTI-UNIT & MULTI- BRAND INVESTORS WELCOME
Those interested in purchasing multiple units should be aware the initial franchise fee is $45,000, plus the $10,000 grand opening marketing fee for each additional restaurant opened.
If you sign an Area Development Agreement, a $20,000 non-refundable deposit is required upfront. When you finalize a franchise agreement for each additional restaurant, you’ll pay $25,000 plus the $10,000 marketing fee.
