IS CHICKEN SALAD CHICK LOOKING FOR NEW FRANCHISEES?

Yes! Chicken Salad Chick is actively looking for new franchisees who are eager to bring our unique concept to new markets nationwide.

IS PREVIOUS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

While restaurant experience is certainly a plus, it’s not required. At Chicken Salad Chick, we’ll teach you how to run a thriving restaurant business, however, we need you to have strong leadership skills, experience with managing teams, and a commitment to community involvement.

HOW LONG IS THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT TERM?

Chicken Salad Chick franchise agreements are for 10 years. If, at the end of your first contract, you meet the renewal requirements, you may extend your franchise for up to two additional 10-year terms.

WHAT ROYALTY FEES ARE FRANCHISEES REQUIRED TO PAY?

Restaurants are required to pay a 5% royalty on gross sales twice a month. Additionally, all locations contribute 2% of gross sales to national advertising and 1% to local marketing efforts.

WHAT ARE THE INITIAL INVESTMENT COSTS TO OWN A CHICKEN SALAD CHICK FRANCHISE?

Our total investment costs range from $777,000 to $1,033,500, which includes our $50,000 initial franchise fee and $10,000 grand opening fee. Costs may vary depending on the size and location of your restaurant.

WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR A CHICKEN SALAD CHICK FRANCHISE?

We ask that all interested franchise candidates have a net worth of $750,000 and at least $250,000 in liquid assets.

DOES CHICKEN SALAD CHICK OFFER FINANCING?

We do not offer in-house financing, however, we do have partnerships with trusted third-party lenders who offer financing options to help cover some of your startup costs.

ARE PROTECTED TERRITORIES AVAILABLE?

Yes! To ensure all of our franchisees have a fair chance of growing their businesses to their fullest potential, we do offer exclusive territories.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE UNIT?

Absolutely! While we welcome single-unit owners and operators, we are certainly open to offering multi-unit agreements to interested franchisees.

ARE AREA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AVAILABLE?

Yes, Area Development Agreements are available for qualified candidates interested in opening multiple Chicken Salad Chick locations. This type of agreement gives you the right to develop a predetermined number or restaurants within a designated territory.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE FROM CHICKEN SALAD CHICK?

Our team provides hands-on training, marketing assistance, and ongoing operational guidance to ensure a smooth launch and long-term growth. You’ll benefit from real estate and site selection support, restaurant design, and construction guidance. Additionally, our dedicated team will provide continuous coaching throughout the life of your agreement to help you maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
