At Chicken Salad Chick, we believe in spreading joy, enriching lives, and serving others - and it all starts with a scoop of chicken salad. Chicken Salad Chick was founded in 2008 by Stacy and Kevin Brown in Auburn, Alabama. Stacy began making her delicious chicken salad right in her home kitchen - earning her the nickname ‘Chicken Salad Chick.’ However, when the local county health department became aware, they mandated she close the business.

But that didn’tstop her spirit. After opening the first official Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, she began franchising in 2012. Today, Chicken Salad Chick has grown from a small home-based business into the nation’s only fast-casual, made from scratch chicken salad restaurant concept.

With over 300 restaurants in 21 states, Chicken Salad Chick offers an unmatched experience featuring a wide variety of craveable, made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh sides, soups and sandwiches. Our menu is a celebration of the people who inspire us. Each flavor of chicken salad is named after a real life Chick who impacted Stacy’s life, making every scoop meaningful.
