During their meeting, Becky and Richard learned about the Chick’s new franchise program. They kept in touch with the Browns and signed their franchise agreement in January 2012. They were quite proud to become the very first Chicken Salad Chick franchise owners. Their business is a family affair, as well. David Roland, their son, is director of operations for the operating company, The Wishbone Group, Inc.

Becky’s favorite recipe is Fancy Nancy and Richard’s is Olivia’s Old South. The couple loves hearing that their stores feel like home and works hard to ensure guests receive a delicious meal and the kindness they’d receive in the home of a gracious friend.
