Vice President of Operations
Jim is responsibile for oversight of all restaurant operations including day to day operations, training, and support.
Jim has a strong background in training and support over the last 25+ years within the restaurant industry. Jim has most recently worked as a regional vice president of franchising and licensing for Papa Gino’s & D ’Angelo’s, a sandwich and pizza concept, in New England. During his eight years with his former company, he also served for 3+ years as a regional vice president of operations.
