Director of Administration

Claudia Issiac, the Director of Administration, is responsible with developing and coordinating all programs, activities, and tasks related to the administrative functions of the corporate office.

She is charged with managing and maintaining all financial entries in QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivables, chart of accounts, and branded products and décor invoicing. Claudia works closely with the Director of Marketing to manage all activities and inventory levels of all branded materials needed for the operation of each Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. She also works closely with the Director of Training to coordinate and administer QuickBooks and bookkeeping training to all new franchise owners.

Claudia serves as the initial point of contact for all interested Chicken Salad Chick franchise owners and will assist franchise owners and the corporate team as needed.
