Owner Input Needed- Driving more tickets

CSC Owners,

Scott Beville and his team are trying to compile ways to drive additional tickets into his location. It would be great to hear from our owners in the locations that drive 6000+ tickets per month (AL001, AL002, AL004, AL005, GA001, GA002, GA005) their thoughts about how to achieve driving more business.

I look forward to your help and thouhgts as it will be beneficial discussion for all of us.

Thanks.

Driving more tickets

Thanks Kevin - we look forward to hearing about some of the "best practices" from everyone that we can implement in the Carolinas.

Driving more tickets

Hey Scott, I hope all is well. I'm going to run through some of the things we currently are doing or have done in the past depending on wether the store and concept were brand new to the area. Much of this you are probably already dong, but I want to be as thorough as possible. Reach out to businesses that come in contact with many of your potential customers daily and invite them into your restaurant or offer the catering services (real estate offices, medical practices, accounting firms, large banks, schools....especially elementary, if in a college area the sororities are a great target) Try to get your menu in the hands of as many people as possible so ask your customers if they would like to take a menu back to the office so they can tell their friends and coworkers about their experience. REach out to property management agencies that manage multiple properties in your area and ask if they will put a menu in their new tenant welcome packet. Look into a radio remote at your location with a popular station and make sure the station is advertising the remote and location a few days in advance. With spring coming, we are advertising with several of the little league baseball parks where our logo/advertisement will be seen by tons of parents nearly every night of the week. Word of mouth is still so powerful. We try to personally speak to every customer, and although we aren't always able to do so, we are constantly asking our customers to tell their friends, family and coworkers about us. These are just some things that come to mind. I hope it helps. Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can help in any way. Brady
