Meet the Owners
Julie Beville & Michelle Singleton
Michelle had been a regular at Chicken Salad Chick for quite some time before becoming a member of the Chick family. Soon after realizing the opportunity, she decided to give her friend, Julie, a call. Since they had both started careers in sales and marketing before becoming stay-at-home moms, they decided to go for it. While Julie was a little reluctant at first, she quickly changed her mind after trying our chicken. The two friends reached out to Kevin and Stacy Brown, Chicken Salad Chick’s enthusiastic founders, to set up a meeting.
Michelle and Julie realized their values lined up with those of the Browns and that opening a Chicken Salad Chick franchise would give many people great career opportunities. They love being a part of the Chick family and hope to open more stores in the Carolinas.
Fun facts about Michelle and Julie guests may not know:
- Michelle loves running. In fact, she completed the San Diego Marathon in 2002.
- Julie loves to cook. Sometimes she can’t resist throwing on a hairnet and helping out in the kitchen.
